We do our best to ship within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received.* If we cannot fulfill your order within that time, you will receive notification from us as to when we expect to send it. You will also have the option of canceling your purchase at that time.
Holiday Shipping:
Items ordered December 16th - 18th, we recommend you choose UPS 3Day select for Christmas delivery. December 19 & 20th (order must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST on the 20th), please chose UPS 2nd Day Air for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
All shipping sent UPS, FedEx & USPS will be billed at rates set by their online rate charts. If the item is under 2 lbs, US Priority Mail (2-3 business days) is usually the cheapest option. We offer ground, two day air, three day select, overnight delivery and FedEx Home Delivery. Please remember that 2 Day Fed-Ex and UPS means 2 business days AFTER we ship. RETURNS
We have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on non-perishable items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Enchanted Kingdoms, please return the item(s) along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of receipt of goods and the purchase price of the items will be refunded.

Special Holiday Policy: Items ordered between November 1, 2001 and December 15, 2001 must be returned by January 15, 2002. After Dec. 15th the usual 30 day return policy applies.
Costumes and clothing must have the original packaging and tags on them.
Purchases made with a credit card will have a credit issued back to the original card. Purchases made with check or money order will receive a check issued by Enchanted Kingdoms within 14 days.
Damaged packages, save the original box and packaging material and contact the carrier who delivered it, either U.P.S. , FedEx, or the US Post Office.
Orders are processed through a Miva Merchant shopping cart and secure Linkpoint servers with Cardservice West. When you see the "lock" on the bottom right hand side of your task bar at the bottom of your computer, you know you are in an secure site. The credit information which you submit is encrypted to prevent theft.
*Unless it is specifically stated that there is a delayed delivery time on items like painted furniture. Wallpaper borders & murals are shipped directly from the factory and may take up to two weeks for delivery, depending on availability.
